# UA Checkout

> UA Checkout is a checkout for Shopify stores that sell in Ukraine. It replaces Shopify's checkout step with one page
> that Ukrainian buyers expect: Nova Poshta branches, parcel lockers and courier with the real delivery price and date,
> cash on delivery, partial prepayment, monobank, LiqPay, WayForPay, instalments from monobank and PrivatBank, and more.
> Orders are created in the merchant's Shopify admin; money goes straight to the merchant's own payment accounts.

Languages of the site and the dashboard: Ukrainian (default, https://ua-checkout.com/), English (https://ua-checkout.com/en/) and Russian (https://ua-checkout.com/ru/). The checkout page itself is available in Ukrainian and English, and in Russian when the store turns it on.

## Key facts (as of 2026-10-19)

- Who it is for: Shopify merchants on any Shopify plan who sell to buyers in Ukraine.
- Price: free up to 30 orders a month with all integrations (except abandoned-checkout reminders) and a "Powered by UA Checkout" badge; Pro 790 UAH a month per store, no order limit, no badge, abandoned-checkout reminders by Viber or SMS, the assistant for Shopify's standard checkout, the checkout on the store's own subdomain (checkout.myshop.ua), 0% of sales. Every new store gets 14 days of Pro free.
- Delivery: Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, courier to the door) with the real price and estimated date before payment; Ukrposhta; pickup; the store's own courier; delivery to an address.
- Payments: cash on delivery, partial prepayment, monobank (plata by mono), monobank "Pokupka chastynamy" instalments, LiqPay and Privat24, PrivatBank "Oplata chastynamy" instalments, A-Bank and PUMB instalments through Tranzzo, WayForPay, hutko, Fondy, RozetkaPay, Portmone, EasyPay, NovaPay, Tranzzo, Stripe, bank transfer by details. Buyers pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the provider's page.
- After the order: the order appears in Shopify (Shopify computes prices, discounts and stock); Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta waybills (TTN) from the dashboard with tracking in Shopify; Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa fiscal receipts; KeyCRM and SalesDrive; TurboSMS and AlphaSMS (order messages, and on Pro abandoned-checkout reminders to buyers who opted in, with a link back to the same cart); Klaviyo, SendPulse, MailerLite; a Telegram bot for the owner with new orders, a daily summary and an emergency switch-off.
- Analytics: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel and Events API, Google Tag Manager (optionally from a Stape or own server-side GTM container), Microsoft Clarity, with purchases also sent from the server.
- On request (NOT available yet; connected free of charge for a specific store after a merchant asks, timeline agreed after checking the service's API access): PayPal, Sense Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Splaty, Recurring payments, Meest, Uklon, FedEx, DHL Express, Shopify gift cards, More checkout languages.
- Assist mode (Pro and trial): a store can keep Shopify's standard checkout and still get the after-order work for its orders: Telegram, KeyCRM or SalesDrive, SMS or Viber to the buyer, Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa receipts, Nova Poshta waybills with tracking. The branch is read from the address the buyer typed; there is no branch list or real delivery price while ordering in this mode.
- Safety: if UA Checkout is unavailable, buyers automatically get Shopify's standard checkout; cash on delivery only by default; secrets and personal data stored encrypted.
- Setup: about 15 minutes, no developer; the merchant creates a Shopify app by a step-by-step guide and pastes two keys.
- Shopify policy: Shopify's API Terms (2.3.18) do not allow processing payments and orders outside Shopify Checkout without Shopify's permission; UA Checkout tells merchants this at connection time.
- Partner programme: 20% of each Pro payment of a referred account for 12 months.

## Compared with other checkouts for Shopify in Ukraine (their public prices, checked 2026-10-10 and 2026-10-11)

- UA Checkout: 790 UAH a month, 0% of sales, all integrations; free up to 30 orders a month.
- Chekly: $15 or $60 a month plus 1% of every successful order.
- Plata: free plan with monobank, Nova Poshta and cash on delivery only; Growth 960 UAH a month.
- GetCheckout (checked 2026-10-11): $15 a month up to 100 orders, $45 up to 1,000, $60 above; no free plan.
- TradeMinister (checked 2026-10-11): payment inside Shopify's own checkout via the Payment Apps API (allowed by Shopify, payment only, no delivery choice); plata by mono costs 17,625 UAH once plus 2.65-4.75% of turnover by its own breakdown.
