BAS and 1C exchange for Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop

Orders from your store on Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart or PrestaShop go to BAS or 1C:Enterprise 8 through the standard site exchange («Обмін з сайтом», CommerceML), and stock and prices from your accounting base come back to the store by SKU. The exchange node is set up in the program itself, with no extra add-ons.

What works

  • An order with the buyer, items with their SKUs, delivery (city, branch, waybill) and the payment method goes to BAS or 1C.
  • A payment marked in BAS or 1C shows in the store too. If an order is cancelled in BAS, you get a notification, and the order is not cancelled in the store by itself.
  • Stock and prices from the goods upload are updated in the store by SKU. You choose the price type and the warehouses.
  • Works both with our checkout and with the assistant for your store's standard checkout.
  • A changed order (payment, waybill, cancellation) is sent again, without duplicates. Test orders are not sent.
  • The exchange log in the dashboard shows what was sent, what the base confirmed and which SKUs were not found.

How to connect

    Connect your store

    Sign up for UA Checkout and connect your store on Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart or PrestaShop following the guide (about 15 minutes), or we connect it together with you for free.

    What you need

    A BAS or 1C base with the site exchange and administrator access to it. The UA Checkout dashboard gives you the address, user name and password for the exchange node.

    Turn it on

    UA Checkout dashboard → the store's “Settings” → the “Receipts, CRM, SMS” tab → BAS / 1C (site exchange) → “Configure”: paste the details and save; the integration turns on. It is handy to try the first exchange on a copy of your base. Test orders do not go to BAS, and stock and prices change nothing in the store until you choose the price type and warehouses.

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Connect your store

    Sign up at app.ua-checkout.com and connect your store on Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart or PrestaShop with the step-by-step wizard (10–15 minutes). WooCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop get a free plugin or module. If you prefer, the team connects it together with you for free.

  2. 2Turn the exchange on in the dashboard

    UA Checkout dashboard → the store's “Settings” → the “Receipts, CRM, SMS” tab → the “BAS / 1C (site exchange)” card → “Configure”. Choose the currency and encoding your base uses and, if needed, the date to send orders from, then press “Create the address and password”. The password is shown once: save it.

  3. 3Create an exchange node in BAS or 1C

    BAS Управління торгівлею, КУП, ERP: «Адміністрування» → «Синхронізація даних» → «Обмін даними з сайтами» → «Вузли обміну з сайтами». BAS Малий бізнес: «Компанія» → «Налаштування» → «Інтеграція з іншими програмами» → «Обмін з сайтом» → «Підключити обмін» → «Обмін через інтернет». 1C Управление торговлей 11, Комплексная автоматизация, ERP: «НСИ и администрирование» → «Синхронизация данных» → «Обмен данными с сайтами» → «Узлы обмена с сайтами». 1C УНФ: «Компания» → «Настройки» → «Интеграция с другими программами» → «Обмен с сайтом». Turn on the order exchange in the node and, to update stock and prices, the goods upload too. Menu names may differ slightly between versions.

  4. 4Paste the address, user name and password and set a schedule

    Press «Перевірити з'єднання» («Проверить соединение», check the connection) and turn on scheduled exchange, say every 15 minutes.

  5. 5Choose what to update in the store

    After the first goods upload the card shows the price types and warehouses of your base. Tick “Update stock” and/or “Update prices” and choose the price type and warehouses (none chosen means the sum of all). Stock is written as available to sell, so choose the free stock in the node. Shopify: the store's app needs access to inventory and prices, and the dashboard tells you which to add. WooCommerce: we look for the SKU in the product's or variation's SKU field. OpenCart and PrestaShop: you need a recent UA Checkout module; we look in SKU, then in Model (OpenCart) or Reference (PrestaShop).

  6. 6Check the exchange log

    Below the card you see the time of the last exchange and what happened: how many orders were sent and confirmed, how many goods were written to the store and which SKUs were not found.

Which programs work?

Configurations with the site exchange: BAS Управління торгівлею, BAS КУП, BAS ERP, BAS Малий бізнес, 1C Управление торговлей 11, 1C Комплексная автоматизация, 1C ERP and 1C УНФ. BAS Бухгалтерія and 1C Бухгалтерия have no such exchange.

Do I need a 1C developer?

Not for standard configurations: the site exchange node is part of the program, and administrator access is all you need. If your base is heavily customised, check the exchange together with your specialist.

How does BAS find the goods of an order?

By the rules of your exchange node, usually by SKU. So goods should have the same SKUs in the store and in the base.

What happens to goods without a SKU?

We write stock and prices by SKU only. Goods without a SKU, or with a SKU the store doesn't have, are skipped and listed in the dashboard. Characteristics that share one SKU are skipped too.

I have BAS Бухгалтерія or 1C Бухгалтерия. Will it work?

No, these programs have no site exchange. You need one of the trade configurations listed above.

Can orders go to BAS without your checkout?

Yes. With the assistant for the standard checkout, orders placed on your platform's own checkout page go to BAS too.

Does it work with WooCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop?

Yes. BAS / 1C (site exchange) connects the same way for stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop, and the order is created in your store. UA Checkout prices are the same on every platform.

How much does it cost?

The exchange is part of Pro (790 ₴ a month per store, no percentage of sales) and of the 14-day Pro trial, with no separate charge. The free plan (up to 30 orders a month) has no exchange.

UA Checkout does not sell, install or service BAS or 1C: we only take part in the exchange with your existing base. The software list kept by Ukraine's State Service of Special Communications restricts the use of these programs by public authorities, state enterprises and critical infrastructure.
