    Get the keys

    The internet acquiring X-Token: web.monobank.ua → «Еквайринг» → «Налаштування». For “Pay in parts”, monobank issues the store-id and signing key after you connect it.

    Turn it on

    UA Checkout dashboard → the store's “Settings” → the “Payments” tab → monobank (plata by mono) → “Configure”: paste the details and save; the integration turns on. “Pay in parts” has a monobank demo environment with test keys; check card payments with a small order.

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Connect your Shopify store

    Sign up at app.ua-checkout.com and connect your store with the step-by-step wizard (10–15 minutes), or leave a “We'll connect it for you” request and the team does it.

  2. 2Get the X-Token in monobank

    web.monobank.ua → «Еквайринг» → «Налаштування» → the internet acquiring token (X-Token). “Pay in parts” is a separate card on the same tab: monobank issues its store-id and signing key after you connect it.

  3. 3Open the “Payments” tab

    UA Checkout dashboard → the store's “Settings” → the “Payments” tab → the “Monobank (plata by mono)” card → “Configure”.

  4. 4Paste the token and save

    The internet acquiring X-Token and, if you like, “Refund the buyer's money when you issue a refund in Shopify” set to “yes”. Press “Verify and save”: UA Checkout checks the token with monobank and turns the integration on.

  5. 5Turn online payment on for buyers

    At first buyers see cash on delivery only. To offer card payment, open the “Basics” tab, choose “All methods” in “Card payment outside Shopify” and confirm the Shopify-rules risk. A paid order appears in Shopify right away, marked as paid. There is no separate test mode: check with a small order and refund it.

Questions

Do I need a contract with monobank?

Yes, you need monobank internet acquiring for your sole proprietorship or company. monobank's fee follows your bank tariff; UA Checkout takes no percentage.

Do I need a developer?

No. You paste the keys in the UA Checkout dashboard and the Shopify theme usually stays untouched. If you prefer, we connect it for free.

How much does it cost?
